The Colonial Region directors invite you to join us again in New Britain, CT on Sunday, February 9, 2025 for our Winter Meet!
*** Please RSVP confirming your attendance and table needs ***
The Colonial Region Directors invite you to join us again at VFW Post 511 in New Britain, Connecticut on Sunday, February 9, 2025 for our Winter Meet!
Doors open at 8:00am sharp on Sunday morning, February 9, 2025. There will be coffee and doughnuts available in the morning as well as pizza and soft drinks around midday.
We will have 70 (or more) tables available for all the members and guests we are anticipating. Last year, we had 140 members and guests from many parts of the country. It wouldn’t be a surprise if we sell out completely this Winter!

RSVP in advance to let us know of your plans to attend!
As attendance has been increasing at our meets, it is helpful to know in advance approximately how many members will be attending and how many tables will be needed.
Please email Bob D'Amico at carjudge@gmail.com with your RSVP and table request.
The information you provide will not be binding nor is it considered registration. Your suggested but voluntary response allows us to better plan for the meet and facilitate an on-site registration process that is as efficient as possible. All ALPCA members are encouraged to join us even if you have not responded to this inquiry.

Auction! Auction! Auction!
As you all know, the auction generates important revenue for the Region that goes a long way to offset our meet expenses. This greatly helps us to keep the fees you pay to attend and buy tables as reasonable as possible. It’s also a way to get plates for your collection and also enhance your trade stock while interacting with your fellow license plates collectors. There’s always the possibility for some decent bidding wars. Are you up to the challenge?

Tables and Fees:
We will be limiting table reservations to two tables per reservation.
If necessary, we will reduce table reservation to one table if the available table quantity drops significantly, so we recommend you RSVP with the link above.

Fees are as follows:
-
Walk-ins: $10.00
-
Walk-in with one table: $15.00
-
Additional tables: $20.00 each

An important note concerning membership renewal:
You can verify your ALPCA Membership status a couple of ways:
If you receive PLATES Magazine, you can see when your membership expires (or expired) directly above your name and address on the mailing envelope. Or, you can visit www.alpca.org, log in, and view “My Stats” in “Member resources”.
Renewing your membership in ALPCA is a club-related activity that must be carried out either: Between the individual member and the ALPCA Secretary (by mail or through PayPal), or on the ALPCA website via the "Join" tab and the “Current or returning member” option. Just follow the prompts to renew your membership.
No Officer of your regional administration (The Colonial Region) has the ability, access nor authority to address or perform this action for you. As you must be an active member with paid dues to attend any ALPCA meet, please ensure you have renewed your ALPCA Club dues in a timely manner so that you appear as paid in the membership roster on the ALPCA website on or before the date of our meet.
Questions or concerns on membership status and registration renewal must be addressed to the ALPCA Secretary at secretary@alpca.org.
