The Colonial Region directors invite you to join us in Chicopee, MA for our Winter Meet. This location replaces the former Winter Meet location in New Britain, CT, which typically drew about 100-120 collectors each year.
Doors open at 8:00 AM sharp and the hall closes promptly at 2:00 PM.
A food concession will open at 8:45 AM and be available into the afternoon.
A donation auction will be held in the late morning, so be sure to stick around for the bidding. We will be accepting donations for the auction during the morning.
The Castle of Knights is located minutes off of Interstate 90 between the interchanges of Interstates 91 and 291 at 1599 Memorial Drive in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
As Chicopee is part of Greater Springfield, Massachusetts there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby. The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and MGM Springfield are about ten miles south of the venue, along with many other attractions. You could easily make a weekend out of our Winter Meet!

AUCTION! AUCTION! AUCTION!
Our donation auctions are always lively and feature plates of such quality that there is always something there for everyone. Your donations and participation in the auction help to defray the costs of meet facilities and amenities. Please consider donating plates or related material of collectible quality to help support the Colonial Region!
RSVP in advance to let us know of your plans to attend!
Planning to attend? As attendance has been increasing at our meets it is helpful to know in advance approximately how many members will be attending and how many tables will be needed.
Please email Robert D’Amico at carjudge@gmail.com with your RSVP and table request.

Your voluntary (but suggested) response allows us to better plan for the meet and facilitate an on-site registration process that is as efficient as possible.
