The Colonial Region directors invite you to join us again in Boxboro, MA on Sunday, November 17, 2024 for our flagship Fall Meet!
*** Please RSVP confirming your attendance and table needs ***
The Colonial Region is returning to the Boxboro Regency in Boxboro, MA for Fall 2024. The Sunday meet format has proven to be popular and well attended, with 231 ALPCA members plus guests at the Fall 2023 meet! The Boxboro Regency, located at 242 Adams Place, Boxboro, MA, boasts the largest hall space that we’ve ever had at 13,000+ square feet. With 160 tables, this means more plates, friends, and camaraderie than we’ve ever had under one roof at prior meet sites. With last year’s attendance being the best attended one-day regional meet in the country, at our Fall Meet you should expect to see friends that you may not have seen in years, meet new ones, and possibly have access to the most plates outside of attending the annual convention.

RSVP in advance to let us know of your plans to attend!
As attendance has been increasing at our meets, it is helpful to know in advance approximately how many members will be attending and how many tables will be needed.
Please email Bob D'Amico at carjudge@gmail.com with your RSVP and table request.
The information you provide will not be binding nor is it considered registration. Your suggested but voluntary response allows us to better plan for the meet and facilitate an on-site registration process that is as efficient as possible. All ALPCA members are encouraged to join us in Rollinsford even if you have not responded to this inquiry.

Bring your license plate displays to Boxboro!
Start planning your display now and enter it in our long-standing competition for which awards will be presented in the following categories: Passenger, Non-passenger, Small Display (ten plates or fewer), Junior Display (entrant must be under 21 years of age), and Best of Show. Be sure to consider your method of display construction, and accompanying write-up or description so those viewing can understand the significance of your display. We make a big deal out of encouraging members to bring their displays, so consider opening the doors to your collection with this long-standing tradition. We also recognize the member that travel the extra miles to attend with our long-distance award.

Auction! Auction! Auction!
Our donation auctions are always lively and there is something there for everyone. The Colonial Region donation auction traditionally features plates of countless description, age, jurisdictional issuance, and value point. The Colonial Region has relied on the thoughtful donations of ALPCAns across the country for many years, as this is how we fund many of our special member benefit projects. Please consider donating, be sure to register and bid! Managed deftly by Auction Manager Bob Senatro, this is an element of our meets not to be missed.

Collectors’ dinner to be held the night before the meet!

It has become a tradition over the past several years to hold a collectors’ dinner on the Saturday night before the meet, with seating at 7:00 PM and gathering prior to. We will return to Il Forno Restaurant located at 529 King Street, Littleton, MA. This spacious restaurant is less than fifteen minutes from the meet site, and our 2023 collectors’ dinner had close to 50 attendees, making the overall meet experience truly a weekend long event!

As you must be an active member with paid dues to attend any ALPCA meet, please ensure you have renewed your ALPCA dues in a timely manner so that you appear as paid in the membership roster on the ALPCA website on or before the date of our Winter Meet.
